Our Home Inspection Education Program consisting of all 5 modules has been Approved by NYS Department of State.Brooklyn School of Real Estate is offering a comprehensive training program over several weeks as an accelerated program. NYS Department of State granted an approval to our Home Inspection School. Accelerated express training program means  you are only weeks away from the beginning of a new career. Our Home Inspection Licensed Program includes the classroom instruction and the supervised home inspections. Get your license and start new and profitable career as Home Inspector in New York State.
New Home Inspectors Training Course in New York State. There are 4 independent 25 hour courses, each with a 50 question final exam ( 100 hours total ). There is a 40 Hour Supervised Inspection Training Program which will involve direct supervision by a Licensed Home Inspector. We will offer each class as follows:

The schedule for Module # 5 will be announced during the in-class sessions (Modules # 1-4 ) .You must register separately for Module # 5. If you want to attend Module # 5 only without taking our in-class training program the fee is $ 975.00

If you register in advance for all in-class Modules # 1-4 your total discounted price will be: $ 1,250.00 (books included).Tuition fee is not refundable when up front discounted price is paid for this program.When fee is paid for each module separately it is not refundable after show up for the first class session.
