Broker Course

Course Price : $249.00
Required Hours : 45.0 hrs.
You must be at least 20 years old to obtain a broker license in New York.
You also need to demonstrate either two year of experience as a salesperson or two or more years of equivalent experience in various forms of real estate activity. The experience does not have to be obtained in New York State.
Completion of the 75-hour salesperson qualifying course is  needed to enroll in the 45-hour broker course. Therefore,broker applicants  require a total of 120 hours of qualifying course education.

2. Call us and we will take your information over the phone.
3. Visit our offices  and enroll in person Monday through Friday, from 10am-6pm.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE STATE REQUIREMENT IS CHANGING TO 75 HOURS STARTING JULY 1. YOU NEED TO HAVE YOUR APPLICATION IN WITH THE STATE BY JUNE 30TH. IF YOU DO NOT FINISH IN TIME YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO have a REMEDIAL course

Real Estate Brokers are required to have a total of 120 hours of instruction. (45-hrs of Brokers class and 75-hrs of Salesperson) There is NO  GRANDFATHER  CLAUSE.   If you completed the 45-hr salespersons course, you will need to take the additional 30-hrs RE Remedial course and the 45-Hr Broker's course to become a Real Estate Broker
